PRIVACY POLICY THE AIM The aim of this page is to describe the site management as far as the treatment of users’ particulars is concerned. In fact, they will be used following precise rules of lawfulness, accuracy and relevance. The personal information are protected only while surfing the print shop websites, not in others linked. The policy also refers to the Recommendation 2/2001 that the European Authorities adopted on 17th May 2001 in order to point out the prerequisites, useful to collect all the particulars online and the information that the users need to receive from the responsible of the treatment when they are connected, without considering the reasons of the connection. THE RESPONSIBLE OF THE TREATMENT After the consultation of the website, the responsible can treat particulars of identified or identifiable users. The responsible is Tipografia Rumor s.r.l., situated in Vicenza, via dell’Economia 127 (Italy). WHERE THE PARTICULARS ARE TREATED Tipografia Rumor s.r.l. and the technical office are the only allowed to know the particulars, except for rare maintenance operations. The particulars are saved in the informational records of the company and the maintenance procedures are the same as specified in attachment B. Any data from the web is released. Users could be identified only because all personal information are elaborated and associated with data kept by a third party. Short pieces of information will be reported at the bottom of the web pages for particular requests. COOKIES In this case, users’ particulars are not acquired from the website. Cookies are not used to transmit any personal information neither any system to identify users are used. Identifying marks are transmitted by cookies: they are necessary to guarantee a safe and efficient netsurfing and are useful to collect statistics on monthly visitors. We remind that there are some case in which the Authorities can ask for information following the Italian government decree issued under parliamentary delegation nr. 196/2003, in order to control the treatment of personal data. In this case, the answer is obligatory, on penalty of a fine. WAY OF TREATMENT Personal information are acquired with automatic tools just to satisfy requirements. The company has safety measures to prevent the loss of personal information, illicit use or unauthorized access. USERS RIGHTS The users can have the confirmation of their data at any time in order also to know their content and their origin.
